According to provincial Industrial Parks (Ips) Management Board, since early this year, enterprises have expressed their demand for over 32,000 workers in 2025. To meet the labor needs for production activities within the local IPs, the Management Board is actively monitoring and grasping enterprises' recruitment needs. It is also working with provincial Job Placement Center, local authorities and vocational training institutions to help enterprises recruit sufficient labor.
In the first two months of 2025, the employment index of workers in the local Ips increased by 6.3% compared to the same period in 2023. Some industries recorded an increase in employment index compared to the same period in 2023, including food processing, production of leather and related products, fabricated metal products, electronic items computers and among others.
