Speaking at the event, Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee emphasized that over the past years, the local entrepreneurs quickly increased in both quantity and quality, with diversification in fields consistent with the shift of the local economic restructure. The business community and entrepreneurs have a very important position and role, making great contributions to the local development. Many businessmen have created miracles and made Binh Duong famous.
Upon this, the province's socio-economic field in the 9 months of 2023 still maintained development. The province’s index of industrial production (IIP) increased by 4.2%. The province’s gross regional domestic product (GRDP) increased by 4.94%. The province’s total investment capital for social development rose by 11.4%. The province’s total retail sales revenue of goods and services grew by 13.4% over the same period in 2022. The province’s export turnover was US$ 23.2 billion while import value reached US$ 16.3 billion. The province’s trade surplus was nearly US$ 7 billion. The province also obtained certain results in the fields of culture and society, with social welfare, political security and social order ensured.
Bui Nguon Phong, General Director of Le Phong Investment and Development Company Limited (Le Phong Group) said that the province's business community has gone through a truly arduous journey and it is still not over, due to the business climate still being in a volatile period. Above all, the province's entrepreneurs have always nurtured their desire of getting rich, building up a more and more prosperous homeland.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Danh said that there is always the opportunity in danger. Binh Duong businesses are facing difficulties, but are always ready to to integrate into the breath of change in the economy, seizing better opportunities and bringing them to new heights. Many large-scale enterprises in the province, namely Becamex IDC, VSIP, Unigroup, Minh Long... have reached regional and international development. Wherever Binh Duong enterprises go, they all make contributions, are respected, and consciously keep their promise.
