Enterprises in IPs achieve US$24.3 billion in turnover

Provincial Industrial Parks (IPs) Management Board said that in the first nine months of 2022, province-based IPs’ investment attraction got more and more effective. The production and business activities of enterprises in the local Ips were recovered positively. With many support solutions from the province plus their own efforts to overcome difficulties, these enterprises continued promoting production and business activities, actively contributing to the local economic growth and job creation.

In the first nine months of 2022, enterprises in the local IPs disbursed US$1.9 billion in capital with revenue reaching US$24.3 billion, up 14.19% and 69.52% over the same period and the year’s plan, respectively. Their export turnover reached US$17.9 billion, up 19.71% and 71.61% over the same period and the year’s plan, respectively while import value was US$16.7 billion, up 18.81% and 83.75% over the same period and the year’s plan, respectively. Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board is focusing on implementing procedures in terms of land, planning, infrastructure construction of VSIP 3, procedures to expand the South Tan Uyen, Rach Bap and Cay Truong IPs under the regulations.
