From June 2024, the company will set up a training center at EIU. In the early third quarter of 2024, the company launched an internal training program for hundreds of employees. The company prioritizes recruiting candidates who meet job requirements and have sufficient capacity for the applied positions; some positions require English, some positions require high technical expertise.
