Being proactive in pandemic prevention
Vu Quoc Huy, Chairman of Showa Gloves Company’s Trade Union cum Head of the company’s technical department in VSIP 1 said that the company has basically carried out all the instructions of provincial Labor Union and VSIP 1 in Covid-19 prevention and control. The company has implemented antiseptic among workers and there are now 100% of company workers wearing face masks. The company has also strengthened propaganda work among workers, raising their awareness of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control. So far, the company has had no cases returning from areas hit by Covid-19 pandemic. The company has also offered face masks and hand sanitizer to all 1,700 works. The company’s production activities remain stable.
