Implementing the Politburo’s Instruction No.03-CT/TW on spurring studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples, over the past 4 years (2011-2014) many enterprises have upheld their efficiency, contributing to operation of businesses’ production and business.
Making up spreading
To well carry out the Politburo’s Instruction No.03-CT/TW, over the past 4 years, the provincial party committee for corporate bloc steered grassroot levels to base on enterprises’ real situation for building concrete resolutions in conformity with functions and tasks as well as worked with directorates and leaders of units to instruct cadres, party members, laborers to complete the entrusted tasks.
Huynh Thi Cam Hong, head of Dau Tieng Rubber Co.Ltd.’s propaganda and education committee said that implementing the movement of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples, the company always receives instruction and attention of the provincial party committee’s standing board as well as close instruction and leadership. Besides, cadres, party members and laborers seriously study Ho Chi Minh’s thought and moral examples to raise their responsibility, contributing to excel tasks of production and business.
The company party committee in cooperation with business leaders sets out many measures to carry out work on waste prevention and control and thrift practice. As a result, over the past 4 years the company party committee has no cases relating to corruption.
In 2013 and 2014, Dau Tieng Rubber Co.Ltd.’s party committee focused on making clear difficulties and mobilizing cadres and workers to improve and share obstacles together for completing the set goals. Moreover, the company launched many emulation movements in attachment to studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples. Through emulation movements of production and business, the company’s collectives and individuals fulfilled tasks excellently.
Promoting economic efficiency
Implementing the Politburo’s Instruction No.03-CT/TW, many local companies have upheld their efficiency. As of 2014, with constant efforts, business leaders, cadres and party members and laborers win great success on turnover, profit and well implement tax obligation for the State.
Specifically, the total turnover in the past year was estimated at more than VND58,207bn, paying VND6,875bn to the State budget, winning profit of VND4,292bn.
One of the typical units of improving business efficiency on implementing the Politburo’s Instruction No.03-CT/TW is the very Vietcombank Binh Duong. In the past year, Vietcombank Binh Duong fulfilled all entrust goals and plans.
In addition, thanks to well implementing concerted regulations between the bank party committee, directorate and mass bodies’ executive board, resolutions of the party committee have been launched rapidly. Furthermore, launching of documents as well as instruction of the directorate to departments have been timely and rapidly.
After 4 years of implementing the Instruction, enterprises have spared no efforts to study and follow Uncle Ho’s teachings, expanded typical examples.
