As the first child, I decided to quit school to give priority of learning for my younger brothers and to help my parents manage my family’s traditional job. That was also a right decision”.
Before the national period of door open, porcelain producer in Lai Thieu mainly produced on outsourcing for domestic traders. Though Binh Duong porcelain at that time was very famous, profit remained very low compared with labor.

In order to ensure output for his products, Tin focuses on marketing via Internet, traditional business chanel and more. At present, though Phuoc Du Long Company’s export turnover gets US$3.5mil-4mil per year, he has yet to satisfy with his success.
In addition, he intends to expand his factory area though his factory in Tan Phuoc Khanh ward, Tan Uyen town covers more than 16ha.
“My company’s products are mainly outdoor items, so we need many areas. Additionally, in the recent years, despite economic recession, the company’s sale increases constantly, so we must think about future investment”, said he.
With the factory area of 16ha, Tin invests tens of billions of dong in improving technology, expanding production and business process. All are ambition for the traditional work.
Little knows that Tin leads in renovating technology of porcelain burning when he spends over VN10bil for building a 120 cubic meter gas kiln. In addition, Phuoc Du Long Company is one of the companies leading in researching color, and increasing rate of domestication of products.
More than 10 years ago, Tin realized that output of porcelain products was very huge while materials of making porcelain would be scared. Therefore, he decided to invest in land treatment line. “I silently learns bout technology, accumulates capital for investing the land treatment line. I always wish that Binh Duong porcelain would affirm its position on the international market”, Tin revealed.
In the meantime, Tin holds the position of vice chairman of Binh Duong Porcelain Society and sets out many important contributions to the society. At present, Tin is member of Binh Duong Young Entrepreneur Society.
“I love the traditional career, so I decide to cement and develop it strongly, meeting the market’s rising requirements. More importantly, this career continues to be developed and is maintained forever”, Tin added.
