Expectations for growth momentum

Binh Duong's strong brand in investment attraction continues thriving, reaffirming its position right from the first months of 2025. In less than two months, the province has drawn nearly US$ 3 billion in domestic and foreign investment, with 23 domestic projects and 7 FDI projects. This is truly an impressive figure, setting high expectations for the province’s economic growth momentum.

Investment attraction, industrial development, trade-services and urban growth have left a strong imprint over decades, driving Binh Duong’s economy to sustained and high growth. Both domestic and foreign investment flowing into the province over the past years has been highly valued by provincial leaders, playing a crucial role in its remarkable economic progress. This continuous investment influx has not only accelerated development, but also elevated Binh Duong’s position on the national economic map, leaving a strong impression on international partners and investors.

Along with the surge in investment, Binh Duong’s import-export sector has maintained its growth momentum in the first two months of the year. Notably, the province’s export markets have continued expanding beyond traditional partners such as the U.S., Europe and China, reaching new destinations like India and South American countries...The source from enterprises manufacturing and exporting Binh Duong’s key products indicates that orders have been secured until the end of the second quarter, with some businesses even having orders booked through the end of 2025. Clearly, this is a highly positive signal for the import-export sector.

Rising investment attraction, positive signals in production and import-export activities, a vibrant domestic trade and service sector and a highly appealing real estate market drawing major investors both locally and internationally—these promising signs from the beginning of the year further strengthen expectations for Binh Duong to achieve double-digit growth in 2025 and in the following years. Beyond these impressive milestones, the province has wasted no time in accelerating its development goals. At the beginning of the new year, Binh Duong collaborated with relevant units and localities to commence construction of the Ho Chi Minh City - Thu Dau Mot - Chon Thanh Expressway, a key traffic project expected to have a significant economic impact. Binh Duong is making great efforts to accelerate the progress of key national and provincial transportation projects to complete an interconnected infrastructure system, linking provinces and regions to drive development. The strong momentum in many aspects from the first months of the year has further strengthened confidence in the province's exceptional economic growth.
