Early Jan.19, provincial Department of Information and Communications in collaboration with provincial Post Office forwarded a conference to implement the Decision No.3253/QD-UBND on approval of the express mail service project for the results pertaining to administrative procedures in the 2015-2020 period, aiming to improve the quality of public administrative services.
The project is divided into two phases. In the first phase from 2015 to 2017, the two units will sign cooperation agreements with 100% of sectors, the People’s Committees at all levels; strive to have 70% of public administrative documents to be sent by mail for central agencies stationed in the province, at least 50% for district-level People’s Committees.
In the second phase from 2017 to 2020, they will strive to get 85% of public administrative documents to be sent by mail for central agencies stationed in the province, at least 70% for district-level People’s Committees, 60% for communal-level People’s Committees…
