According to the Binh Duong Industrial Parks Management Authority, since the beginning of the year, industrial parks in the province have attracted VND 1,340 billion in domestic investment capital, an increase of 23% over the same period in 2023 and 103% of the 2024 planning.
Most of the investment projects are for factory construction and installation of machinery and equipment lines to produce industrial products. To date, industrial parks in the province have attracted 686 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of VND 95,051 billion. Currently, the Binh Duong Industrial Parks Management Authority is preparing the tasks and general construction planning project of 1/5,000 scale for Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, Mechanical Specialized Industrial Park in Bac Tan Uyen I Industrial Park and Vinh Lap Industrial Park. Of which, the Mechanical Industrial Park has an area of about 800 hectares with the goal of attracting mechanical industries in the direction of high technology, automation, and less labor-intensive.
