According to provincial Department of Planning and Investment, from the beginning of the year until October 15, the province attracted US$ 1.58 billion in foreign investment, an increase of 121% compared to the same period in 2023. The province has so far attracted 4,356 FDI projects capitalized at over US$42 billion. In 2024, the province has aimed at attracting approximately US$ 1.8 billion in FDI capital, with industrial parks alone aiming at attracting between US$ 1.2 and US$1.3 billion.
The province focused on effectively tapping relationships with key investment promotion contacts in foreign markets by regularly connecting, working and communicating with organizations, businesses, individuals at home and abroad involved in investment promotion. The province also continued improving the investment environment and attracting investment through various appropriate methods. In addition, provincial People's Committee organized many conferences to meet and hold dialogues with foreign businesses in the province.
