2015 continued being a year with difficulties for the domestic rubber sector. But with the solidarity and high determination of all staff, Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. completed 2015’s plan excellently.
Animated emulation
Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Rubber Co.Ltd. now administers 28,700 hectares of rubber, including nearly 18,300 hectares of rubber under exploitation. The company was assigned a task of tapping 27,200 tons of rubber latex in 2015.

Nguyen Van Minh, Deputy General Director of the company said that since early this year, the company has actively realized its emulation movement in order to successful realizing 2015’s plan assigned by the Vietnam Rubber Group (VRG).
In the first quarter of the year, the company held a ceremony harvesting rubber latex and re-cultivating rubber trees. The signing of mutual emulation agreements between plantations and the company was also implemented.
The emulation movement was launched widely and deeply among all staff right after the ceremony. It was realized daily, monthly and quarterly with specific criteria. This created an animated emulation impetus in the entire company.
Finishing earlier than planned
As of Dec.8, the company tapped nearly 27,214 tons of rubber latex or 100.5%. There are now 7 plantations fulfilling 2015’s output plan 26 to 42 days earlier than planned. Plantations with the output plan finished 20 days earlier than planned will be honored with bonus of VND70mln per unit.
According to leaders of the company, as of Dec.31, the company’s total rubber latex output is estimated at more than 2,000 tons with the average productivity of 1.6 tons per hectare. Noticeably, Minh Tan plantation has still maintained the average productivity of 2 tons per hectare.
Nguyen Van Tan, Deputy General Director of the VRG cum CEO of Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. said that the company was the third member of the VRG to fulfill 2015’s rubber latex exploitation earlier than planned. The result was the great effort by cadres and workers of the company in the current difficult period. Especially, as of Oct.2015, the average salary of workers was VND4.6mln per capita, VND600,000 higher than anticipated. Their average income reached VND5mln per capita per month.
Mr.Tan also wanted that the company would make more efforts to well fulfill 2016’s plan while further paying attention to taking good care of laborers’ lives for long attachment.
