The Center for Trade Promotion and Economic Information under provincial Department of Industry and Trade has just coordinated with Ben Cat town’s Labor Union to organize a joyful market-day of bringing Vietnamese goods to workers at the My Phuoc 2 Industrial Park.

The market-day absorbing 14 enterprises with 48 booths displaying and selling a wide range of commodities like processed food, household products…with prices that were lower than those in the market. Many promotional programs with attractive gifts were also launched at the market-day.
This was also a chance for workers to get access to hi-quality Vietnamese goods with preferential prices and enjoy art performances, contributing to stabilizing the market and promoting the campaign of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”.
The organizing board of the market-day said that with its animated atmosphere, the market-day made a profound impact on customers’psychology, step by step affirming that Vietnamese goods are now a top selection of people.

The market-day was a chance for enterprises to promote their products and grasp customers’ taste in order to improve the design and quality of products, better serving the demand of customers in the rural market. Through it, many enterprises also had more partners, helping expand their production-business activities.
In order to well serve locals’ demand for shopping, units participating in the provincial Program “Bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas” have prepared an abundant supply of goods, ranging from processed food, garment products to cosmetics…
Representative of Lotte Mart Binh Duong said that the unit brought the market-day more than 200 essential products at locals’ demand for shopping. Many enterprises from other localities like Tay Ninh, HCM city, Ba Ria-Vung Tau…also took part in the market-day. According to representative of Nha Be Retail Trade Joint Stock Co. in HCM city, the company was invited to attend the market-day in Binh Duong for the first time. The representative was also very delightful when the market-day absorbed numerous customers. And this will be a motivation for the company to further take part in other market-days of Vietnamese goods.
Ho Van Binh, Deputy Director of provincial Department of Industry and Trade said that in response to the campaign of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”, the province’s Program of “Bringing Vietnamese goods to industrial compounds and parks” together with enterprises has brought an ample supply of hi-quality Vietnamese goods with reasonable prices at the demand of consumption of workers and locals. The program has also helped stimulating domestic consumption demand and created a habit of using Vietnamese goods among workers and locals.
