Upholding their flexibility and creativeness, entrepreneurs in Binh Duong have always overcome difficulties to rise up. Despite difficulties in 2014, they have tried their best in production and business and many of them have taken fruits in production and business. Nguyen Duc Thuan, CEO of Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company is a typical example for this. Thanks to his right leadership, the company has reached a good competitiveness in export market and created stable jobs for nearly 20,000 laborers.
With his good business strategy, Le Hong Thoa, General Director of Binh Duong Garment One-Member Co.Ltd. has helped the company take fruit in production and business with 2014’s export turnover that is likely to obtain US$50mln. The company has so far generated stable jobs for nearly 3,500 laborers.
Ly Ngoc Minh, General Director of Minh Long I Pottery Co.Ltd. has continued promoting Minh Long’s pottery trademark in both domestic and foreign markets. Or, Vu Thi Ngoc Trinh, CEO of Minh Dung Veterinary - Aquaculture Medicine Co.Ltd. and Tran Thanh Trong, General Director of Sang Ban Mai Joint Stock Co. have made a lot of breakthroughs in export markets.
Possibly speaking, the efforts by entrepreneurs in the province have helped the local economy obtain a sustainable growth. This has created a trust for Binh Duong in successfully implementing the local targets on socio-economic development in 2014.

Entrepreneurs have played an important role in the current integration and development process of the province and always received the attention and support of the local authorities at all levels.
Thanks to the integral efforts by the local authorities at all levels and entrepreneurs, province-based enterprises have continued working stably, promoting the local socio-economic development. Provincial leaders have always honored outstanding entrepreneurs for their contributions to the local socio-economic development.
With a good investment climate plus incentive policies, Binh Duong has continued creating a motivation for entrepreneurs to overcome difficulties and challenges towards sustainable development, helping the province become a centrally-governed city by 2020.
In the first nine months of 2014, entrepreneurs have helped Binh Duong’s economy further reach a sustainable growth. The province’s GDP growth rate gained 10.7%. Industrial production value increased by 13.6%. Total retail sales revenue of commodities and services grew by 19.5%. State budget collection was estimated at VND23trillion, up 7%. Export turnover secured more than US$11bln, up 14.5% compared to the corresponding period last year. The province also absorbed additional VND7.892bln in domestic investment capital and more than US$1.4bln in FDI capital.
