The Vietnam Chamber of
Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Women's Union Central Committee
has just held a ceremony to present the Golden Rose Cup Award 2013 to 100
outstanding Vietnamese women entrepreneurs. Dang Thi Kim Oanh, General Director
of Kim Oanh Real Estate Joint Stock Company (JSC) was honorable among these
women.

Success in real estate field
The name of Kim Oanh real estate has been familiar with many people in the real estate field in recent years. With transparent legal documents, “Genuine product, genuine value” trade philosophy plus good client care policies, Kim Oanh Real Estate JSC has won clients’ faith in the real estate field.
2012 was seen as the most difficult period for real estate enterprises. But, thanks to its good strategic, Kim Oanh Real Estate JSC managed to overcome difficulties and implemented 9 projects with the ratio for success reaching 90%.
In 2013, the company also continued reaping certain achievements amid economy facing difficulties. Particularly, the company successfully made transactions with more than 2,000 plots of lands in Binh Duong and Dong Nai or 130% of the set target. This success came from the efforts by the company’s directorate in general and by Mrs.Oanh in particular. Under the good leadership of Mrs.Oanh, the company sought good projects with reasonable prices and aimed at popular market segmentation with plots of land sold at preferential prices at clients’ demand.
Noticeably, since 2011, the company has changed to cooperating with great groups and become their exclusive agent in the real estate field. It has always been a top selection of many groups, namely Becamex TDC, Becamex UDJ, Becamex IDC, Tin Nghia Group, Giang Dien Tourist Joint Stock Co….
Responsibility to the society
Possibly speaking, the successes of Kim Oanh Real Estate JSC has come from the good leadership of the company’s directorate plus the integral efforts by all staff. Thanks to receiving good care from the company, more than 500 staff herein have worked wholeheartedly. The company has also implemented many appropriate policies for those who have made contributions to its development.
Along with successes in the real estate field, the company is well-known as one of the province’s top units in social charity activities. Dang Thi Kim Oanh said: “Over the past four years, the company spent over VND12bln on social charity activities for the community, including building benevolence houses, raising money for the Fund for the poor of Binh Duong and many other localities, awarding scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils…”.
During the traditional Tet (Lunar New Year) festival 2014, the company donated 4 tons of rice to poor people in the border areas, 2 tons of rice to provincial General Hospital’s charity kitchen; supported VND100mln for provincial Child Support Fund to organize a program named “Spring with difficult children”; teamed up with the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund to present gifts and hand over 2 houses of compassion to needy people in Giong Trom district in the Mekong Delta province of Ben Tre together with over 3,000 other gifts to the poor in and out of the province…
In 2014, the company will further coordinate with partners to distribute more than 3,000 products with good positions and reasonable prices in Binh Duong, Dong Nai and HCM city at market’s real demand. The company will also expand its business to the southern region, set its target of reaching a 30% growth in revenue compared to 2013, continue carrying out attractive salary and bonus policies for staff. Such these apart, the company will actively get involved in social charity activities. “For me, social charity activities always go abreast with the company’s business activities, contributing to helping the society get better”, said Mrs.Oanh.
The Golden Rose Cup Award is held annually by the VCCI and Vietnam Women’s Union to honor businesswomen with outstanding achievements in production and business, great contributions to socio-economic development, and efforts to improve workers’ living standard.
