Over 20 years, Binh Duong Province has outstandingly developed. Infrastructures have been more refined and modernized to meet the demands of enterprises in local industrial parks. Binh Duong Provincial authority has implemented investment luring policies to attract foreign investments including those from Taiwanese enterprises. Besides, environment protection, fire-fighting and prevention, security and order, etc. have been taken good care of, assuring the enterprises to practice their production and businesses.
To maintain such position, local authority should reconsider land rents in industrial parks to adjust to more suitable rates. Besides, we, the enterprises, find it hard to find out employees of 2 and more languages competence. If such issue of human resources is resolved, surely, Binh Duong Province will be a place of more attraction to foreign investments.
