Recognizing that the study and emulation of Uncle Ho is a fundamental responsibility of the entire political system, each cadre of the Fatherland Front at the grassroots level acknowledges that engaging with the ideology, morality, and style of President Ho Chi Minh is essential to becoming an exemplary cadre, a commendable party member, and a responsible citizen. Consequently, within the Fatherland Front system, numerous exemplary instances of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh have emerged through specific and practical actions.
Tolerance and compassion
Balancing her studies and the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh with her responsibilities at the Front, Ms. Huynh Thuan Hoa, Deputy Head of the Front Work Committee of Xom Ben Hamlet in Thanh Tuyen Commune, Dau Tieng District, is recognized by the community as an exemplary Front cadre—dedicated, enthusiastic, and committed to her work and the welfare of the people. Embodying the spirit of "mutual love," Mrs. Hoa has actively participated in numerous volunteer initiatives, providing support to many individuals facing challenging circumstances in recent times.
Each month, Mrs. Hoa dedicates a portion of her income to consistently assist a low-income family and a solitary elderly individual in Xom Ben hamlet, providing them with essential daily supplies and financial support for medical expenses as required. Furthermore, she actively engages with the "Thanh Tuyen Charity" group, frequently collaborating to organize gift distributions for impoverished, disadvantaged, and disabled households. She also contributes to the "0 VND" market initiative and offers assistance for funerals of underprivileged families in Thanh Tuyen commune and surrounding areas in Dau Tieng district.

Outside of work hours and on holidays, she consistently organizes her tasks to engage actively with volunteer groups in various localities. Her efforts include supporting access to drinking water and domestic water for communities in the West affected by drought and saltwater intrusion, as well as participating in the "Cooking for Children" program, where she personally prepares meals for disadvantaged individuals and children in remote areas of the Central Highlands provinces. Simultaneously, she mobilizes the generosity of philanthropists, both near and far, to contribute hundreds of gifts valued at millions of VND to ethnic minority households facing hardships, as well as to the sick, the elderly, and children in other provinces.
Mrs. Hoa stated, “I have faced numerous challenges in my life, and I wish to share my experiences to inspire others to overcome their struggles and find stability. I do not set specific goals; I simply aim to do my utmost to assist as many people as possible.”
Not only is Mrs. Hoa compassionate, but she is also a responsible Front official dedicated to the local movement. She actively engages in activities such as environmental sanitation and the planting and maintenance of the hamlet's flower street.
Unreservedly for the collective benefit
As a member of the Front Committee of Trung Quarter in Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Ms. Pham Thi Ut is widely recognized in her community as a dedicated advocate for social work. At 65 years of age, when many individuals typically find satisfaction in spending time with their children and grandchildren, Ms. Ut defies this norm. She consistently maximizes her time, skillfully balancing family responsibilities to engage wholeheartedly in numerous local initiatives aimed at promoting the common good.
As the Head of the Farmers' Association, the Leader of the People's Self-Management Group of Group 7, the Chair of the Women's Association of Workers at the "Hoa Cat Tuong" boarding house, a community collaborator, a health collaborator, and a member of the Front Work Committee in Trung Quarter, Ms. Ut has excelled in every role she has undertaken. Throughout the years, she has consistently advocated for and engaged the community in the effective implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines, the laws of the State, patriotic emulation movements, and local initiatives. Notably, she has recently galvanized residents in the neighborhood to participate in Project 02, which aims to foster a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle, and has promoted "Civilized Saturday" by organizing regular weekly environmental cleaning sessions in the community.
Recognizing the importance of individual and familial involvement in environmental protection, Ms. Ut has cultivated numerous flower and tree seedlings valued at tens of millions of VND as voluntary contributions to the care and maintenance of the "Front Flower Garden" on VP17 Street. Furthermore, she has successfully mobilized philanthropists to donate approximately 28 million VND for the development of the flower garden and encouraged community members to register for the establishment of three "Urban Civilized Routes chaired by the Front - Self-managed by the People" within the neighborhood. Consequently, she has consistently taken the lead in cleaning campaigns, making significant contributions to the development of a culturally rich and civilized urban community.
Mrs. Ut stated, “In my view, learning from Uncle Ho does not necessitate anything grand or lofty. Each individual should begin with the most ordinary and modest actions; any endeavor that proves useful and beneficial to the community should be pursued. Each day, performing a good deed, regardless of its size, culminates in a significant impact.” As a role model and pioneer in various initiatives, Mrs. Ut actively engages in local volunteer groups and clubs, including regularly contributing her personal funds to the communal resources of the “Kind Hearts” group to assist the underprivileged, and participating in a health club to maintain flexibility and strength.
With her exemplary and responsible character, she has consistently received commendations and accolades from the Fatherland Front and higher organizations over the years. Mrs. Ut serves as a remarkable role model for the cadres and residents in the community to emulate.
