Nestled on the last prime land plot in downtown Da Lat city, the Central Highlands province of Lam Dong, overlooking the picturesque Xuan Huong Lake, the 5-ha Haus Da Lat is more than just a real estate project, it is the city's largest forest conservation initiative and a future cultural landmark. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Da Lat’s natural landscape, this pioneering development is expected to redefine modern living and attract both domestic and international visitors.

According to the project’s timeline, the landscape park will be completed and inaugurated by Q2 2025. The highly anticipated Sky Villas and Sky Mansions will be delivered by the first quarter of 2027, while the five-star InterContinental-branded resort is set to welcome guests in 2027.

Speaking at the ceremony, Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, expressed his belief in Haus Da Lat’s potential to become a premier cultural, urban, and tourism hub. Backed by world-renowned brands and industry leaders, the project is expected to set new standards for international luxury, sustainability, and harmonious urban development in the heart of Da Lat.

Looking ahead, Thai also highlighted that Lam Dong will ramp up investment in key transport infrastructure projects in 2025 to enhance connectivity and competitiveness. These strategic developments aim to attract both domestic and international investors, further cementing Da Lat’s reputation as a prime destination for sustainable real estate and tourism.

As Vietnam’s first ESG-driven real estate complex, Haus Da Lat brings together world-class architects and industry pioneers behind some of the most iconic structures globally. Experts anticipate that it will emerge as a benchmark for sustainable living, offering an unparalleled experience for residents and visitors alike.
