Helping businesses proactively adapt, recover swiftly, and develop sustainably

Provincial People's Committee has asked to implement the direction of Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh in Official Dispatch No. 1033/VPCPĐMDN dated February 10, 2025 of the Government Office on reporting on the implementation of Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP on some key policies and solutions to support businesses to proactively adapt, recover quickly and develop sustainably by 2025.

Accordingly, Provincial People's Committee requests heads of units and localities to continue to effectively implement the groups of tasks and solutions assigned in Official Dispatch No. 4139/UBND-KT dated August 11, 2023 of Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP dated April 21, 2023 of the Government; Provincial People's Committee's plans on promoting double-digit economic growth in the province in 2025.

In particular, relevant departments, branches and sectors need to proactively disseminate and guide enterprises to access support policies on finance, tax, land, human resource training and digital transformation as stated in Resolution No. 58/NQ-CP of the Government; continue to review and simplify administrative procedures related to production and business activities of enterprises, reduce time and costs for enterprises in implementing administrative procedures; encourage and support enterprises to apply information technology, use digital signatures, digital transformation in management and production and business; promote research and innovation activities to improve productivity, quality and competitiveness of enterprises; create conditions for enterprises in the province to participate in value chains, link production and business; enhance cooperation between large enterprises and small and medium enterprises, in order to make the most of resources and market opportunities...

Provincial People's Committee assigned Department of Agriculture and Environment to continue researching, implementing, and reporting on the implementation of assigned tasks.
