Since the initial capital source of VND25bil, after 13 years of operation (2000-2013), the company increased its capital up to VND250bil. Especially, its import-export tax collection wins more than VND1,800bil per year, equivalent to one fourth of the provincial annual import-export tax collection. The company’s total turnover from Oct. 1, 2013 to Oct. 1. 2014 reached VND258.6bil, a 15% increase compared with 2013 and surpassing 9% of its set plan. Meanwhile, its post-tax profit was at VND38.6bil, a 22% increase from 2013, surpassing 14.2% of yearly plan. In addition, the company in the past year paid over VND33bil to the State budget.
Aside from investment in depth plus IT application into management, the company sets out 5 breakthrough ways of ensuring absolute safety in all activities, expanding and developing market with the ensured service quality, renovating working style and behavior, innovating training, management and manpower building, reforming wage in attachment to efficiency and labor quality.
In order to ensure working capacity, ICD Tan Cang Song Than builds and operates KPI index system to assess efficiency and satisfactoriness of clients. Additionally, the company runs KPI system in its internal network to check and review working quality of employees.
