Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex IJC), Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Joint Venture Company (VSIP JV) and Tac Dat Tac Vang Corporation jointly held a signing ceremony on construction of the IJC@VSIP commercial and urban complex at Lucky Square Convention Center on the morning of September 28 (photo).
Adjacent to the VSIP II, the IJC@VSIP commercial and urban complex project covers 28 hectares and is invested by Becamex IJC and VSIP JV with the goal of building up a commercial and urban complex under the Singaporean style, which will supply accommodations for more than 4,000 experts, 10,000 office staff and 39 laborers living and working at the VSIP II and surrounding areas. With its favorable location and modern infrastructure, the project will create a breakthrough for the local real estate market.
According to the investor of the IJC@VSIP commercial and urban complex project, the land plots of the project are priced between VND3mln and VND3.5mln per square meter. The signing ceremony absorbed nearly 1,000 visitors from HCM city, Ha Noi, Dong Nai, Binh Duong….There were also many visitors registering to buy the project’s land plots.
