Party 1: Create jobs to rural employees
Vocational training in rural areas and for after-service soldiers has been essential for industrialization and modernization of rural areas, offering higher income and living standards of rural employees. It also contributes to national programs of poverty eradication and jobs creating.

President of Di An Vocational Junior College, M.A. Kieu Giac Ngo put it that Di An Town is one of the places offering rich employment sources. Employees need training before getting jobs and improve their income in a procession of poverty eradication and labor quality enhancement.
In the meantime, Provincial Jobs Introduction Center has customized courses for specific trainees who are previleged as revolution contributors, ethnic community, disables, and poor households.
In Phu Giao District, vocational projects have been effective for local people, offering them with stable jobs.
From 2004 to 2010, DOLISA has coordinated with sectors and agencies in the district to launch vocational projects to localities. As a result, 325 training courses have been open to 9,273 trainees in 15 job groups.
In 2011, 450 trainees have graduated and been granted with jobs. Therefore, it is confirmed that short-term vocational policies have come into life and facilitated enterprises to recruit well-trained employees.
The policies are agreed upon and improve awareness of vocational training among rural employees. After graduating from courses, employees often are recruited to textile and rubber producing industries. They not only have been equiped with technical knowledge but also been in better life. And it is also a part of poverty eradication made.
