On this occasion, as authorized by the State President, Mai Hung Dung awarded the second-class Labor Medal to Provincial Irrigation Sub-Department; third-class Labor Medal to Pham Do Bich Quyen, Office Chief of Department of Agriculture & Rural Development, for their outstanding performance in the agricultural & rural development from 2016 to 2020, contributing to socialist construction and national defense; awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to 2 excellent individuals.
