Successful national Party Congress
Ha Buu Thuc, the Director of Tan Ho Tu Co. Ltd. at Phu Loi Ward in Thu Dau Mot City has been following news about the 12th National Party Congress on the news. He assessed that the congress was of democracy, knowledge, and reforms. The major success of the congress was the selection of 200 elite delegates representing the people at the Central Committee of CPV, including 20 substituting delegates for the new tenure. According to Thuc and many other entrepreneurs, the new tenure Central Committee of CPV has been well organized with competent staffs for the leadership of all political duties in the new stage, promoting and accelerating sustainable development of the nation.
Binh Duong Province has become one of the provinces of leading economic growth in the nation with GPD of average growth of 13% a year. By 2015, average income of local people has reached VND 95.6 million, increasing by 16.4% higher than in 1997 when Binh Duong Province was re-established. The production value has increased by 28% a year, accounting for about 12% of industrial production value of the nation and increasing by 31 times higher than in 1997. The economic components of the province continue to grow strongly in terms of quantity and scale while competitiveness of the economy has been improved.
Earning such success was thanks to the efforts of enterprise community and the leadership from central government to the grassroots. Thus, local enterprise community understands the significance of the 12th National Party Congress towards the fate of the nation in the new era. The very reforms and staff shuffle have been rightful for the Party to implement rightful decisions for outstanding development of the nation.
Great belief in new breakthroughs
In 2010-2015, Binh Duong Province has attracted 12,373 turns of domestic enterprises newly and additionally registered for nearly VND 79,000 billion of investments into the province. Meantime, US$ 3.2 billion has been poured to the province through foreign investments in 2015.
In 2015, the economic structure of Binh Duong Province has been rightfully transitioned with the increase of services and decrease of industry by the ratio of industry 60% - services 37.3% - agriculture 2.7%. This is a strong and fast transition of quantity and quality of the producers and businesses in the province, contributing greatly to economic development of the province by the calm and daring leadership of the entrepreneurs. Apparently, the national economic development in general and Binh Duong Province in particular have through time been contributed by the entrepreneurs who are expecting for new breakthroughs in the 12th tenure of Central Committee of CPV.
Tran Thanh Trong, the Deputy Chair of Enterprise Labor Union in Binh Duong Province upheld democracy as the key factor for strong and rapid development.
The year 2016 is the first year of the resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, opening up opportunities and challenges for the nation and Binh Duong Province. The participation into ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) , the upcoming signing of Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and other FTAs that Vietnam is a member will bring about opportunities and risks. Thus, the 12th National Party Congress is one of the major events for orientation of development in Binh Duong Province in the new development stage ahead.
