In 2014, Binh Duong Customs Department successfully applied e-customs procedures (VNACCS / VCIS). By the end of 2016, this system served 5,213 businesses with over 1.1 million declarations via e-customs. On the other hand, Binh Duong Customs Department realized the management of bonded warehouse and CFS warehouse was still inadequate; thus actively surveyed and cooperated with Thai Son Company to develop and put an official software of CFS warehouse management into operation from July 2015, software of bonded warehouse management from August 2016. These two software have been an effective tool to manage goods in and out of warehouses, helping customs office to quickly capture, collate and check quickly, accurately, precisely data of the warehouse entirely on computer, and at the same time create favorable conditions for enterprises in the declaration of goods. The province has now 21 bonded warehouses and 7 CFS warehouses. These warehouses are employing these software and bringing more convenience to businesses. As of September 2007, the number of declarations of bonded warehouses reached more than 62,000, while the declaration number of CFS warehouses was more than 1 million.
