Which products will be controlled and managed on Tet holiday, sir?
In Nov. 2014, the provincial People’s Committee issued plan on fighting against smuggling, trade fraud and fake products in the year-end of 2014 and Tet holiday 2015. Implementing this plan, we issue 2 plans on fighting trade fraud and fake products as well as strengthening inspection on food safety in the year-end.
These two plans were quickly launched for market control teams for urgent implementation. Key products of these inspections include foreign wine, tobacco, sugar, confectionery, farm produce, poultry, cattle, vegetable, fruit, clothes and more.
As for food safety and hygiene, we will focus on checking supermarkets, traditional markets, food production workshops with items of fresh and processed products, vegetable, fruit, poultry and cattle and so on.
In addition, we will attach work on fighting trade fraud and fake products to goods speculation and more.
