Thanks to attaching special importance to developing IPs’infrastructure, Binh Duong has created a favorable investment climate, contributing to promoting the local comprehensive industrial development. The province’s investment climate has been highly appreciated by investors at home and abroad.

The remarkable success of province-based IPs has contributed to helping the local economy reach a stable and sustainable development. Also due to this result, the province’s economic growth has remained stable amid the global economy facing a lot of challenges.
Province-based Ips have greatly contributed to the local annual GDP growth, double the national level and 1.5 times higher than that of localities in the southern key economic zone. In 2014 alone, the province’s GDP growth reached 13% compared to that of 2013. The province’s total value of industrial manufacture, export and FDI attraction grew by 15.5%-53% against that of 2013. Towards sustainable development
Under the province’s orientation, industrial manufacture continues playing an important role for the local sustainable economic development. And Ips are further a foundation for the local breakthroughs in the future.
Till 2020, the province is expected to have 35 Ips with nearly 13,765 hectares in total. The province will strive to get all 16 Ips in Di An, Thuan An and TDM city fully covered by investors; continue perfecting Ips in the northern region of the province to absorb more investment projects. Accordingly, province-based Ips will attach special importance to lure projects with high localization and auxiliary ones…
To achieve the above targets, provincial People’s Committee has put forward many measures, including further paying attention to socio-technical infrastructure, developing connected traffic system, reforming administrative procedures for a more favorable investment climate…
The province will also concentrate on expanding vocational training network, changing vocational structure in accordance with labor market’s demand; speed up vocational training under the trend of socialization, intensify coherence between vocational training facilities and enterprises, link with vocational training facilities in HCM city and other localities, increase State budget on dealing with social welfare policies for laborers, especially immigrant ones.
