Due to good implementation of vocational training and job introducing to labors, the proportion of labors employed in Binh Duong province is increasing.
The 103rd job transaction session has held recently and attracted 548 businesses with recruitment demand of 27,775 labors for many professions like: garment, footwear, transportation service, office, insurance, electronics, telecommunications, home appliances, security, food processing, wood, real estate, education, restaurants, sales, and many services. The online job transaction session also attracted thousands of visitors. To meet labor demand from businesses as well as employment need of labors, Binh Duong province Job Introducing Center has opened a new job transaction floor through 2 websites www.binhduongworks.com and www.vieclambinhduong.vn since 2010.

On the two websites is employment information. Labors and businesses can contact each other directly. Labors can also receive employment consultancy as well as labor laws. Average monthly visitors is over 100,000, visitors at peak times reaches 1,500, daily recruitment needs are 50 news with 700 labors.
On the other hand, provincial vocational training facilities have improved training quality. Vietnam – Singapore Vocational College is one vocational school selected by the Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs for investment in the period of 2011-2015 towards 2020. Accordingly, annual investment for vocational training is relative high. Last year, thanks to the investment of VND11bln, the school upgraded and purchased new training equipment for faculties like mechanics, industrial electrics, industrial electronics, automobile technology, industrial automation, meeting businesses’ requirements of high-quality human resource.
In addition, Vietnam – Singapore Vocational College gives employment consultancy, organizes visiting, offers internships at businesses, educates on languages, cultures, laws of foreign countries, where leaners will go to work. The school also introduces proper jobs to new graduates. As a result, every year, 85-90% graduates find suitable jobs.
To encourage workers, provincial businesses having trade unions signed official labor contracts with more than 500,000 employees, in which 88% employees were paid for health insurance, social insurance.
