On the morning of March 24, a working delegation from Di An city, led by Mr. Vo Trong Tai, Vice Chairman of the city People's Committee, conducted a field survey of key projects in the area. The survey of the T4 canal road project revealed that seven households have yet to relinquish the site. Additionally, he requested that the Department of Economy, Infrastructure, and Urban Areas promptly issue construction permits in accordance with regulations to facilitate homeowners in repairing their houses and ensuring the timely progress of project construction.

A survey conducted at the Northeast Vanh Dai 2 project indicates that construction is currently progressing alongside site clearance efforts; to date, the completion of site clearance and compensation has reached 86%. The working group convened with several households that have yet to relinquish their sites to understand their challenges and propose solutions to expedite the site clearance process, thereby ensuring the project remains on schedule. At Binh An market, the report states that following relocation, 16 business households have been successfully accommodated in the new market; both the market management board and traders are fully adhering to regulations concerning business operations, traffic, and fire prevention. Mr. Vo Trong Tai has urged the market management board to devise a plan for waste collection and disposal to maintain environmental sanitation and enhance the market's aesthetic appeal.

The working group also evaluated the resettlement project of Tan Dong Hiep Secondary School, examined the current construction status of resettlement sites, and offered guidance for the organization of the remaining eight sites, ensuring that the resettlement needs of households are adequately addressed.
