A survey conducted at the Northeast Vanh Dai 2 project indicates that construction is currently progressing alongside site clearance efforts; to date, the completion of site clearance and compensation has reached 86%. The working group convened with several households that have yet to relinquish their sites to understand their challenges and propose solutions to expedite the site clearance process, thereby ensuring the project remains on schedule. At Binh An market, the report states that following relocation, 16 business households have been successfully accommodated in the new market; both the market management board and traders are fully adhering to regulations concerning business operations, traffic, and fire prevention.
