In a bid to further realize its program on supporting production and business recovery, province-based system of credit institutions have promptly deployed credit programs to support and accompany businesses and people with deposit and lending interest rates decreasing slightly. The lending interest rates for priority areas have been strictly implemented in accordance with regulations. As of late March, total mobilized capital was estimated at VND 274 trillion. Total outstanding loans were estimated at VND 288 trillion with bad debt at more than VND1.89 trillion, accounting for 0.66% of total outstanding loans.
In the first 3 months of 2023, the province’s total State budget collection was estimated at VND 17.3 trillion, reaching 23% of provincial People's Council estimate, or 97% over the same period. Of these, VND 13.600 trillion came from domestic revenue while VND 3.7trillion came from import and export tax. The province’s total State budget expenditure was estimated at VND 3.3 trillion, or 11% of the estimate.
