One of his initiatives bringing high efficiency for the company includes the project of cutting time for inspection period. Implementing this project, the company saves over VND50mil per year of production cost while the project of re-usage of materials saves more than VND100mil for the company. Trung said that he always hopes to improve efficiency of jobs for laborers.

The movement of good production and business helps laborers at units and enterprises affirm their will and responsibility of approaching knowledge, new technology to complete the entrusted tasks with high capacity and efficiency, helping enterprises overcome difficulties and stabilize production.
Many initiatives with effective measures are applied, improving efficiency and quality of workforce and highly appreciated by functional agencies and companies. In addition, promoting technical innovations contributes to increase income for laborers in a bid to help them affirm their position in labor and production.
