In addition, the Department submitted to Provincial People's Committee for approval of the detailed planning amendment of Thanh An industrial cluster, the detailed planning amendment in 1/500 scale of Dat Cuoc industrial park – extended Phase 1 (Block A), the partially detailed planning amendment of Song Than 2 industrial park, detailed planning amendment in 1/2000 of Dai Dang industrial park... The Department also held a meeting to appraise construction planning tasks in Binh Duong Province until 2040with vision towards 2070, detailed planning task 1/500 Phu Cuong Park Resettlement zone...
A representative of Department of Construction said that in the first quarter of 2018, the department also advised on the simplification of administrative procedures and handling time related to the construction sector to create favorable conditions for organizations and individuals, to improve business environment, competitiveness of the province. In the process of planning management, the Department instructed and requested localities to organize the review of general plans and zoning plans to advise the competent authorities on adjustments to keep pace with urban development progress in the area.
