Early July 25, the General Department of Market Management held an online conference to review its activities in the first 6 months of 2022 and set out tasks for the rest of the year. Attending the conference were leaders of provincial Department of Industry and Trade, members of provincial Steering Committee 389 provinces and relevant units.
In the first 6 months of the year, the sector’s key tasks continued being implemented synchronously, opportunely, effectively and evenly in all aspects, thereby contributing to stabilizing the market. As for the law enforcement work on prevention and combat of smuggling and trade fraud, the sector inspected 30,527 cases. As a result, the sector detected and handled 17,305 cases of violation; collected and paid nearly VND 137 billion for State budget …
For the rest of the year, the General Department of Information Management has set out key tasks such as further focusing on fighting, preventing and combating counterfeit goods and ones infringing on intellectual property rights in the period of 2021-2025; completing and submitting projects and plans to the Government to improve market management capacity and strategies in the coming time...
