Marvelous breakthrough of Vietnamese trademarks

Entering beverage industry since 2000 amid international trademarks winning a firm position in Vietnam market, Tan Hiep Phat Group has thus far won a progress with gigantic breakthrough and development, affirming position of Vietnamese trademark.

20 years of process 

With the spirit of “Nothing is impossible”, Tan Hiep Phat is proud of its achievements. Since a small factory in 1994, Tan Hiep Phat Group has thus far become a beverage group leading in Vietnam and possessed the world’s best advanced technology line with an administration system equivalent to multi-national companies.  

From the capacity of one million liters per year in the first period, Tan Hiep Phat Group has so far won one billion liters per year. In the first period of its establishment, Tan Hiep Phat Group accounted for only 1% of market-share, this group now ranks first in the non-gas beverage market-share and is one among three companies leading in bottled drinking water in Vietnam. From 2 employees with university degrees in the initial period, Tan Hiep Phat Group has thus far attracted more than 4,000 staff with degrees of Ph.D, master, engineer and so on.  

20 years of effort and building, Tan Hiep Phat Group now becomes an enterprise leading in changing Vietnamese customers’ habit, introducing useful and convenient beverage products to customers via famous brand names such as 0° green tea, Dr. Thanh herbal tea and Number One energy and flavored drinks and so on. In addition, Tan Hiep Phat Group leads in approaching and understanding clearly customers’ changing demand and investing constantly in production system, modernizing technology.  

Tan Hiep Phat Group is proud of being one of domestic units possessing the world’s most advanced production technologies and lines.  

The mentioned results are thanks to success of a series of supportive projects for production, management. Typically, this group includes the project of quality management, the automatic project of business resource management (ERP), the project of waste water treatment on the international standards.  

Tan Hiep Phat Group is also vanguard in developing employees’ capacity through the system of ERP, an integrated software application for business resource management, within the record time of 5 months, 8 days. Moreover, through investment in the project of enhancing managerial and training capacity for human resources, expansion of 3 more new plants in Ha Nam, Chu Lai and Hau Giang, Tan Hiep Phat Group has affirmed its position and vision.

Especially, Tan Hiep Phat Group was awarded the third class Labor Order by the State and merit certificates of the Prime Minister as well as merit certificates for the community development and contribution for the society.
