The milestone
Overcoming the challenging days of newly incorporation, the staffs and workers of M&C Binh Duong have unified and saved up for development. From 1981 up to now, the company has for 35 consecutive years exceeded the planning by multiplying numbers. In 5 years from 1981 to 1985, the company has gained sales of 6.6 times higher and revenue of 17 times higher, and budget payments of 7.6 times higher than previous term.
The peak development of M&C Binh Duong was from 1986 to 1996 – the strongly reforming stage of the Party, seeing the company’s daring consigning products, equipment, and tools to laborers under sharp mottos. Aside from such consignment was the investments of VND 24 billion to mechanize quarry and sand exploitation. Thereon, in the stage, the company continued to gain impressive results with 4 times of production, 1,142 times of sales, and 1,002 times of revenue, and 412 times of budget payments higher than 10 years ago.
In 10 years from 1996 to 2005, the company has promoted investments into modernization and automation of roof tile production and mechanized all processes of quarry exploitation. Meantime, the company has improved product quality and diversified products and business lines. In this stage, the company has invested VND 270 billion to its businesses and put its sales at record height of 8,741 times higher than in 10 year ago and 21,967 times of revenue and 4,000 times of budget payments respectively.
The stage of 2006 to 2010 was the time when M&C Binh Duong invested VND 167 billion to additionally construct a factory of brick and tile production while expanding its businesses to construction of commercial centers, residential centers, and bridges under BOT contracts. The growth rate was slowed down; however, sales and sales continued to be at record height of VND 2,447 billion, revenues of 798 billion, and budget payment of VND 237 billion.
The leading role of M&C Binh Duong was affirmed in 2011-2015 period when the global and domestic economies had been in hard time as many companies fell bankrupted and declining buying power. The company has sustained and gained VND 4,455 of sales, VND 1, 244 billion of revenue, and VND 578 billion of budget payments. M&C Binh Duong, now, has 3 joint companies and 5 belonging factories to gain high economic effects with 692 workers, especially, the fixed charter capital to become privatized at VND 1,000 billion.
The two-generation inheritance
M&C Binh Duong has gained outstanding results thanks to rightful leadership from time to time. Besides, it was thanks to unity and efforts of the company’s staffs and workers. To show gratitude to such contribution from time to time, especially to those workers of attachment throughout 40 years of establishment and development, the company has been one of the companies of good care for lives of the workers. In 2015, average income of staffs of M&C Binh Duong was VND 7.1 million per capita, increasing by 5% higher than in 2014 with all policies of social and medical insurance assured.
In 40 years of achievements, M&C Binh Duong has showed the connection of generations.
Mai Van Chanh, the President and General Director of the company, informed that M&C BInh Duong has followed decisions and resolution of the Party while promoting potentials, competence, and knowledge to create specific cultural traits of the working environment.
