Continue the research program and work in Japan, on the afternoon of March 29, the working delegation of the Central Theoretical Council led by Professor - Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, Deputy Permanent Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, had a working session with Tokyu Corporation.
At the working session were Dr. Nguyen Hoang Thao, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Principal of the Provincial Political School; Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee and leaders of some relevant departments and sectors. At the working session, the delegation was introduced to Tokyu's urban development model through its typical projects. As of September 2023, Tokyu Group has a total of 220 subsidiaries and 7 legal entities operating primarily in real estate, transportation, and lifestyle services, including many companies operating efficiently overseas.
In Binh Duong province, in March 2012, Tokyu Group and Becamex IDC jointly established Becamex Tokyu Co. Ltd. After more than 10 years of establishment, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. has effectively implemented many urban infrastructure investment projects and services contributing to the overall development of the province. Notably, the Tokyu urban area project with a registered investment capital of 1.2 billion US dollars. After researching and discussing with Tokyu Group leaders, the working delegation surveyed Tokyu's projects in Tokyo.
