Well exploitation of collection sources
As a young cadre at Binh Duong Customs Bureau, Nguyen Thanh Binh has been nominated as head of My Phuoc Industrial Park Customs Bureau since the start of this year. Binh added that after assessing “internal force” and opportunities and challenges, the bureau leadership board synchronously launched many concerted measures such as holding direct dialogues to listen to enterprises’ concerns; setting up consultant teams to reply and support enterprises’ difficulties timely.
Based on this foundation, the bureau monthly assesses and grasps production and business of enterprises to set out effective solutions for drastically improving losses caused by subjective reasons and more.
One of solutions effectively exploited by the bureau lies in establishing business mobilization teams. Besides, the bureau in this year meets and mobilizes nearly 100 enterprises to complete the State budget payment, based on information from the provincial Industrial Parks’ Management Committee. Through the launching, the bureau reached some remarkable results of tax collection at new enterprises with about VND111bil.
Creating firm trust
Thanks to well and synchronous infrastructure system, My Phuoc industrial park attracts many large scaled foreign investors.
Grasping the real situation, My Phuoc Industrial Park Customs Bureau actively assigns cadres to approach and exchange information, meet reps of enterprises at periodical meetings to spur cooperation and mutual understanding.
As of Oct. 17, 2014, My Phuoc Industrial Park Customs Bureau collected VND1,850bil for the State budget, a 49% increase from the previous year and became the first customs bureau of Binh Duong Customs completing 2 months ahead of schedule. It is expected that the bureau’s tax collection in this year will reach VND2,310bil, winning 125.54% compared with the entrusted estimate and increasing 37% from the past year.
