Assuring asset of investors
The company general district Nguyen Minh Hung, said the IP’s operational guideline is to concretize the provincial instructions and considers investors’ difficulty as its ones in a bid to create an advantaged environment of investment.
“We specify that capital and asset are investors’ whole-life accumulation, so they should be protected safely. The protection will help investors believe in our operation. Once investment efficiency is promoted, investors will introduce their friends to us”, Hung added.
The fire fighting and prevention office has enough functions such as rehearsal area, post and so on. In 2009, the provincial Public Security strengthened one more team of fire prevention and fighting with 12 policemen and fire trucks. As such, the number of manpower for fire fighting and prevention work has lifted up to 22.
Hung stressed that to win investors’ trust, it is necessary to have measures of fire prevention and fighting in a bid to ensure absolute safety for investors’ assets.
Interests for the whole community
Thanks to right and timely attention, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park JSC has transferred low capacity rubber plantations into a wide industrial park with a synchronous infrastructure facility. Besides, the company has rapidly urged investors to place more jobs for local laborers, contributing to change local image.
Aside from effective operation of team of fire prevention and fighting, the company has invested in fire fighting equipments for the sake of investors’ asset safety.
Thanks to good services for investors, the IP has reached over 80% of tenancy and expanded its area for the second phase with 288.5ha, totaling its area up to 620.5ha.
“In the coming time, aside from investment in fire fighting and prevention facilities, the company will spur manpower to ensure safety for investors’ asset”, said Hung.
