Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park JSC was officially operated on Feb. 21, 2005. In the first days of operation, the company had 6 cadres and employees, 4 of whom were party members. After that, the company recruited more new laborers. To facilitate party members’ operation, the company leaders set up the company party cell that set out right instructions and helped to win high results for the company.
Results
Upholding role of party organization at businesses, the company has excelled its proposed targets. Specifically, the Nam Tan Uyen IP has become the Vietnam Rubber Corporation’s leading IP and been one of IPs reaching high efficiency in Binh Duong. Amid difficulties, many businesses have faced many difficulties, but the company has won a stable growth compared with the previous years. Since its inception, the IP has lured 88 projects of local and foreign businesses.
Possibly speaking, the company has had a strong party cell, thanks to elite party members who have grasped the Party and State’s instructions and policies.
They have helped change Tan Uyen district image and excel budget payment to the State, solve jobs for local laborers and contribute to local socio-economic development.
