New Choice Foods Co.Ltd. a wholly Taiwan-invested enterprise with the initial investment capital of US$2mil has officially put into operation since Jan. 2007 at Vietnam-Singapore II IP in Hoa phu ward, Thu Dau Mot city. The company has specialized in producing fruit jelly products, being mainly consumed in the country.
Since its inception, leaders of the company have spared no efforts to obey policies relating to Labor Code and social welfare. In addition, the company has constantly invested in modern equipments, especially applied systems of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 to manufacture high quality products for the sake of customers’ health.
At present, 85% of the company products has been consumed at domestic supermarkets, agents and received high value of local customers.
Tran Hoang Minh, director of New Choice Foods Co.Ltd. said that the company just invested more in a new production line to produce 2 more new products of fruit ice ream and big fruit jelly. Minh affirmed that during process of production, the company has spared no efforts to invest in state-of-the-art facilities for the sake of researching new products in conformity with taste and demand of customers.
The company’s purpose is to develop New Choice trademark into a food trademark with numerous items, meeting customers’ demand and contributing to local socio-economic development.
Aside from production and business, the company has paid attention to social activities. “Our company has paid attention to social activities. We desire to take care of the unlucky”, shared Hoang Minh.
Realizing human – a factor of success – the company directorate has paid attention to reform of managerial mode, well completion of human resources training and policies for laborers.
Until now, the company’s workers have enjoyed a income of VND3.5mil – 4.8mil per capita per month. In addition, the company has held many entertainment activities for laborers to improve their material and spiritual life in a bid to create a long cement between the company and employees.
In the years to come, the company will keep investing in modern equipments to create high quality products, ensuring food safety and hygiene for customers. It is hoped that the company will develop the trademark of New Choice with many various and high quality products, meeting customers’ demand and contributing to local socio-economic development.
