New Choice
Foods Co.Ltd. is a wholly foreign owned enterprise. On February 1, 2007, it was
established and put into operation in the Vietnam-Singapore II Industrial Park
in TDM city’s Hoa Phu ward with a total investment capital of US$2mln,
specializing in various fruit-flavored jelly products for domestic market. 
Laborers at New Choice Foods Co.Ltd. working with industry and cleverness
on the first days of 2013Since its inception, New Choice Foods Co.Ltd. has constantly attached special importance to implementing policies regarding the Law on Labor and relevant regulations on social welfare. The company has sufficiently realized policies in terms of salary, health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance…for laborers. All have made laborers feel secure for a long-term attachment with the development of the company.
The company has also paid attention to investing in the state-of-the-art equipment, especially applying the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 management systems in production in order to ensure its products with high quality.
Currently, the company is home to nearly 70 laborers with the average income of between VND3.5mln and VND4.8mln per capita per month. The spiritual and material lives of laborers herein have been constantly improved.
The objective of the company is to develop New Choice into a well-known food trade mark with a wide range of hi-quality products at customers’demand, contributing to Binh Duong’s socio-economic development.
Tran Hoang Minh, Director of New Choice Foods Co.Ltd. said: “During its production and business process, the company has not only well obeyed policies in favor of laborers, but also got involved in such social charity activities as donating money and gifts to the poor, pupils with extremely difficult circumstances, lonely elderly people, the disabled…”.
