On the afternoon of March 14, Nguyen Van Loi, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly Deputy Delegation had a working session with Tan Uyen town’s Party Standing Committee on the local plan on socio-economic development in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; the local urban development planning, construction planning. At the working session, leaders of the town's People's Committee reported the local draft plan on socio-economic development for the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. For the local development goals in the period of 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, the town will strive to reach rapid and sustainable growth; improve the growth quality of economic sectors; enhance people's material and spiritual lives; develop it into a civilized, smart, modern and compassionate city; effectively tap the land fund and natural resources; create a favorable investment climate; improve the local ecological environment; ensuring national defense - security, social order and safety.
Speaking at the working session, Mr. Loi highly appreciated the efforts by the town in setting up specific, scientific and methodical plans. He also required leaders of the town to receive contributive ideas from delegates on the local overall development plan. In addition, he noted that the town needs to deliberate appropriate plans with high feasibility, well ensuring development and management. Previously, Mr. Loi and leaders of departments and sectors in the province carried out a field trip on planning for the project of the belt road 4 and a number of traffic projects in the town.
