According to North Tan Uyen district’s People's Committee, in 2023, the local collective economic sector has continued developing strongly. Accordingly, the district set up additional 4 cooperatives and 10 cooperative groups while there were 2 cooperatives dissolved.
The district has so far developed 26 cooperatives with 221 members and 399 regular workers; 37 cooperative groups with 177 members. These cooperatives and cooperative groups have operated mainly in the fields of agriculture, trade - services, home industry and construction.
Although facing many difficulties, the local cooperatives and cooperative groups have tried to overcome them, expanding, developing and achieving good results. Many units have actively sought markets to sell their products, creating regular jobs and increasing income for members and workers in the district.
