Early March 26, North Tan Uyen district’s People’s Committee forwarded its 26th session to approve the local report on socio-economic development, national defence-security in Q1, 2018 and define orientations, tasks for Q2, 2018.
The district’s socio-economic performance in Q1, 2018 continued reaching positive changes. The district’s value of agricultural production was estimated at VND478billion, up 3.51% compared to the same period of last year. The district’s industrial production value achieved VND809billion, up 11.47% against the corresponding period last year. The district also gained VND546billion in total retail sales of commodities and services, up 13.02% compared to the same period last year; more than VND198.7billion in total State budget revenue…So far, all 10 communes of the district have been recognized as new rural ones, creating the premise for the district to reach standards of a new rural one.
