To implement the Government’s Resolution 35/NQ-CP on supporting and developing enterprises by 2020, Department of Planning and Investment (DPI) advised and implemented many training courses to create the best conditions for businesses in online business registration.

Nguyen Thi Tuyet Nhung, Director of G&K Company, said: "When I applied for a change of company registration, I was instructed by specialized units of DPI to do online registration, thus saving a lot of time. All documents were sent by DPT staff to online system. I did not have to go to the department, just waited at home, and I got a business license after 3 days.
Nguyen Tuong Long, Thuan An town, said that businesses registration was now much different, did not have to went through many phases, no additional costs. "The best thing is that it just takes a little time to reference some relevant documents, fulfill necessary information, and sent application via Internet; receive a license notice within 3 days. With the online registration process, I find administrative procedures too simple and convenient for businesses", Mr. Long said.
Satisfied is our common feeling of enterprises making online business registration in Binh Duong in recent time. In the first 7 months 2018, the number of online registration applications in the province reached 16,104 records, accounting for 93.8% total number of dossiers received by Business registration office of DPI. Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan, Deputy Head of Business registration office, said that enterprise’s awareness of online business registration was very good. In recent time, in addition to organizing many training courses about online business registration, the office also cooperated with mass media for propagation about this work. Therefore, the number of online business registration applications increased significantly.
It can be said that this is the initial result of business registration reform via Internet program, contributing to improving the quality of business registration in the province so that people and enterprises have the most convenient access to public services. Online business registration is more convenient, because National information system on business registration was upgraded, online business registration service is applied with more than 100 processes, online public services of level 3 and 4. Through this system, business founders are able to prepare, submit registration dossiers without coming directly to the administrative agency. The information system is available 24/7 to ensure that the application is made at any time and any place with Internet connection while ensuring accuracy and integrity of registration information. Throughout dossier processing, information is exchanged between applicants and the administrative agency in a quick and accurate manner.
To keep improving quality
Department of Planning and Investment arranged staff, machinery and equipment to receive applications and return results, reduce the time for solving full and valid online applications; actively cooperated with relevant sectors such as tax, customs, police... to help businesses save more time and costs. While supporting businesses and domestic investment projects, the department intensified online public administrative services of level 3 and 4. Accordingly, enterprises may register business via internet and get results by mail if required.
According to Ms. Xuan, the biggest difficulty of online business registration is the ability to access and process information via internet of many organizations, especially individuals are still limited. Therefore, the important task in the coming time is administrative agencies should continue to strengthen propagation, instruction, and support for enterprises to increase the number of online registration, contributing to modernizing public administrative services, improving provincial competitiveness index and enhancing administrative procedure reform in business registration.
"It is important that businesses collaborate well with Business Registration Office of DPI to carry out the business registration, overcome common mistakes in doing online business registration. I believe that the quality of online registration in the coming time would be heightened. We guarantee to solve an application within 1.5 working days from the time of successful dossier submission for registration of new establishment, and no more than 2 working days for dossiers of name or business change, address or information update”, said Ms. Xuan.
