Morning Sep 22nd, Secretariat of Party Central Committee held the national conference summarizing 3-year implementation of Conclusion No. 56-KL/TW of the Politburo on promoting the implementation of Resolution of the 5th Party Congress (the 9th tenure) on continuing innovating, developing, improving collective economic efficiency. Le Hong Anh, Member of the Politburo, Standing Secretariat; Nguyen Thien Nhan, Member of the Politburo, Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, chaired the video conference. 62 points from provinces, cities nationwide also took part in the online conference. At Binh Duong point, Tran Thanh Liem, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee presided at the conference.

According to reports of Central Economic Committee, up to December 2014, the country had nearly 143,000 cooperative groups with more than 1.5 million members; 18,837 cooperatives with more than 7.38 million members. In the last 3 years, socio-economic condition has been recovered and appeared new effective types of cooperative. However, the dissemination of Conclusion No. 56 was not extensive; some localities have not devised specific plans to develop collective economy.
Concluding at the conference, Le Hong Anh urged localities to implement the cooperative accommodative program in the 2015-2020 period of the Government; simultaneously set up drastic and practical solutions to support cooperatives in terms of capital, human resources, market...; take advantage of opportunities as well as measures to limit negative aspects of the integration process.
