Morning May 7, VSIP Development - Sembcorp Gateway Company held the opening ceremony of model apartments (phase 1) of The Habitat Binh Duong at Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park. Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chairman of PPC; Head of VSIP Management Board; and heads of some departments, agencies attended the ceremony.
During the 1st phase of the project, The Habitat Binh Duong is designed with 16 floors, 267 apartments, 3-layer security system, community parks, swimming pool, Gym facilities. The 1st phase will be completed in Mar 2017.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Thinh, General Director of VSIP JV said: “After 20 years, VSIP achieved the goal of developing an industrial - urban-service zone. Promoting these achievements, VSIP in collaboration with Sembcorp and Mitsumitsi Company launched The Habitat project. This was the first project of VSIP in real estate and housing.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Thanh Liem, Deputy Chairman of PPC; Head of VSIP Management Board, expressed the joy and hoped that investors, banks, customers would work closely together to build up this project as an environmentally friendly apartments meeting quality criteria of the investors.
