Since early this year, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Co. has exploited 15,623 tons of rubber latex or 72.6% of this year’s plan; purchased 9,448 tons of rubber latex from private rubber gardens; processed 24,522 tons of various finished products. The company has also sold 25,858 tons of finished products with the average selling price of more than VND60.9mln/ton, up 221 tons compared to last year’s same period. Workers herein have enjoyed the average income of VND5.5mln or VND5mln per capita per month.
Owning to the rubber latex prices on rise, the company’s turnover this year has seen increase, contributing to helping raise incomes and social welfare funds for workers. The average income of the company’s workers this year has increased by VND1.5mln-VND2mln per capita per month compared to the company’s resolution. With the current rubber latex prices, their average income will be maintained from VND6mln to VND6.5mln per capita per month.
