Provincial People’s Committee has just granted investment license to the Malaysian-invested Mostfly Vietnam Co.Ltd. in the South Tan Uyen Industrial Park (IP).
Under the investment certificate, Mostfly Vietnam Co.Ltd. will spend US$3.5mln on building a factory making chemical products against insects with the annual capacity of 3,000 tons of products.
On this occasion, Anh Thy Co. with domestic investment capital has also poured VND50bln in construction of its 8,251 sq.m-factory producing electronic equipment, mechanical equipment and other metal products with the annual capacity of 50,000 products; installing electrodynamics cabinets with the annual capacity of 5,000 cabinets.
It is known that South Tan Uyen IP was officially put into operation in 2005 with the initial area of 330.5 hectares in Tan Uyen district’s Khanh Binh commune. The IP’s total area now amounts to nearly 622 hectares. So far, South Tan Uyen IP has absorbed 107 foreign direct investment projects and domestic ones, more than 50 of which have been put into operation.
