In the first quarter of 2019, Di An town disbursed VND 73 billion 335 million for basic construction projects (reaching 14.3% of the plan), in which lottery capital was paid VND 14,875 billion, provincial capital support paid 8.382 billion dong, central capital paid 34,890 billion dong, payment of decentralized capital was 14,944 billion dong. The town has completed the settlement of 15 projects using the capital of 2018. Besides, the town has received and solved 476/576 applications for construction permits, 552/579 dossiers issued number of single houses, appraise 16 records of technical and economic reports and investment preparation capital.
In the first quarter, the town's functional forces checked and handled 43 cases of unlicensed construction, wrong permission, wrong design approved with the amount of 905 million VND. Along with that, the town has started construction of the Green Square residential park; upgrade and expand Nguyen Thi Khuc street (Tan Dong Hiep ward). The town has also carried out the measurement of land acquisition, making compensation documents for the project of Cai Cau canal.
